Reaching Out in the Dark | Two Cents of Faith | Psalm 88

Reaching Out in the Dark | Two Cents of Faith | Psalm 88

Psalm 88 is one of the rawest, most honest chapters in the Bible. It’s about a man crying out to God from a place of deep sorrow and despair. Even in his darkest moment, he still reaches out. No fancy words. No filter. Just real emotion.

Now here’s something to think about:

1. When you’re at your lowest, do you reach out to God? Or do you blame Him for where you are?
2. And when life’s going great—do you remember Him then? Or do you forget who brought you through the storm?

It’s easy to call on God when we’re hurting. But do we also praise Him when we’re thriving? His mercy and blessings don’t stop when we do well—they’re there every day, whether we notice or not.

So take a second. Reflect. Pray. Be honest with God, like the writer of Psalm 88 was.

Have More Faith. And never be afraid to share your two cents.
